Is it ok for a year old girl to have cell phone?
Answer
Absolutely, especially these days. I wouldnt put on the texting just yet though. Also, they can be very helpful in emergencies, sports games and practices, walking home from school, and communication where it is either unavailable or not provided. However, the specially made kid phones are especially acceptable and I know verizon and cingular provide them.
