Is it possible to live without a mobile phone?
i just smashed mine because fed up with the calls and texts.

I dont have either! I never had a mobile and I hardly used my landline so I got rid of it, a waste of money, especially with the cost of line rental, VAT...etc I dont regret it at all. and yes I have plenty friends!
