Is xbox live going to become free?
My friend said that next year xbox live gold will become free. Can anyone confirm this?

No its not true because the payments for gold go towards the cost of maintaining lives servers to keep them at there high quality, brbrAnd if xbox made live gold free then the servers wouldnt be kept at such a high standard and the quality of the online game play would decrease, and persuades its only a year which isnt necessary breaking the bank. and they will also have to stop offering some of the gameaddons for free or at a reduced price which would be a bummer
